1. GETTING STARTED
Q: Who can become a creator on CloseCircle?
Anyone 18+ offering Safe-For-Work, human-led live sessions. AI-created characters or avatars are allowed, but all interactions must be human-controlled. No AI bots or automated conversations. No AI voice-changer impersonation. Creators from most countries are accepted except AML/OFAC-restricted jurisdictions.
Q: Do I have to link a social media account?
No. Linking social media is optional, but it influences visibility. If you link at least one account, you may become Verified and promoted. If you do not link one, you can still host events but will not be promoted or verified.
Q: Do I need to verify my identity?
Yes. You may start earning immediately, but payouts require completing Tipalti KYC.
Q: Which devices can I use to host events?
You can host via:
- Any modern browser (desktop or mobile)
- The official CloseCircle iOS app
- The official CloseCircle Android app
All recent versions of these apps are supported.

2. EVENTS & SCHEDULING
Q: How do events work on CloseCircle?
Creators create their own events, selecting:
- Date and time
- Duration (up to 8 hours)
- Ticket price (minimum $10 USD)
- Capacity (1–20 attendees)
- Whether tips/donations are allowed
- Whether recording is allowed
Fans purchase tickets to these scheduled events. Fans cannot request different times or reschedule.
Q: What do I do after I create an event on CloseCircle?
After creating your event, the next step is to share it with your audience.
CloseCircle gives you the event link where your followers can but their tickets— you simply promote it on your preferred social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X, or anywhere else your fans follow you.
Creators typically announce their sessions through:
- Instagram Stories + swipe-up link
- TikTok videos
- YouTube Community posts
- Facebook pages or groups
- Link in bio
- WhatsApp/Telegram channels
- Email newsletters
The more places you share it, the more of your followers will see it and join.
CloseCircle is built around your existing audience — once you create an event, you promote it to bring them in.
Q: Can I reschedule an event?
Yes. You may reschedule up to 5 days before the event. Fans will have 48 hours to accept or decline. No response or decline results in an automatic refund.
Q: Can I cancel an event?
Yes. Cancel any time. Fans receive automatic refunds. Repeated cancellations affect your Reliability Score.
Q: Can I block or remove problematic fans?
Yes. You may block a user from all future events or kick them out of the current event instantly.
Q: Can I host an event without using my camera or microphone?
No. CloseCircle is a live, human-to-human platform, and creators must appear on camera and use their microphone during all sessions.
This ensures authenticity, trust, and a real interactive experience for fans.
Avatars or visual overlays are allowed, but the creator must still be visibly present and lead the session in real time.
3. ATTENDANCE & NO-SHOW RULES
Q: What if I am more than 10 minutes late?
Fans may request a refund at report@closecircle.io. All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the event. Lateness negatively affects your Reliability Score.
Q: What if I do not show up at all?
If the creator completely misses the event, all fans are automatically refunded. No request is required. Your Reliability Score is lowered significantly. Repeated no-shows reduce promotional visibility.
Q: What if fans are late?
Fans may join late. No refunds are issued for fan lateness or absence.
4. PAYMENTS, FEES & WITHDRAWALS
Q: How much do creators earn?
CloseCircle deducts:
- 20% platform fee
- $0.50 USD per attendee who joins the event
- Stripe payment processing fees
- Confirmo crypto processing fees
The rest is your revenue.
Q: Who handles taxes and global compliance?
CloseCircle manages all cross-border compliance for you.
This includes:
- global KYC verification through Tipalti
- AML and OFAC screening
- international tax documentation collection
- GDPR & DSA data protection
- fully compliant payout processing
- collection and remittance of all required VAT, GST, and digital service taxes worldwide
CloseCircle automatically calculates, collects, and submits these consumption taxes wherever legally required — so creators do not need to register or file VAT/GST themselves.
Creators are responsible only for declaring their earnings in their own country of residence.
CloseCircle does not deduct income taxes. We provide the compliant infrastructure and documentation; you report your income according to your local tax laws.
Q: When can I withdraw my earnings?
To secure both parties against fraud earnings become available 7 days after the event ends.
Requirements:
- Completed Tipalti KYC
- Minimum balance of $100 USD
You may withdraw anytime once these conditions are met.
Q: Do I get paid if a fan does not show up?
Yes. Fan no-shows count as full attendance.
Q: What if the platform fails?
If CloseCircle experiences a platform-wide failure, fans may request refunds within 3 days at report@closecircle.io. If the issue is caused by the fan’s device or internet, no refund is issued.
Q: Do you accept crypto payments?
Yes. CloseCircle supports crypto payments through Confirmo.
5. TIPS, DONATIONS & RECORDING
Q: Can I accept tips or donations?
Yes. You choose whether to allow tips/donations during event creation.
Q: Can I allow recording of the event?
Yes. You may enable or disable recording when creating the event.
If recording is ENABLED:
- Fans may record
- The platform generates an official recording
- All attendees receive access to the recording
- Creators also receive access
- Recordings are stored for 7 days and then automatically deleted
If recording is DISABLED:
- Fans are strictly prohibited from recording
- Screen capture and screenshots are actively blocked
- Attempts trigger removal and possible banning
- Only the creator receives the internal platform recording (if applicable) for 7 days
- Recording is deleted after 7 days
6. COMMUNICATION RULES
Q: Can I message fans before or after an event?
No. CloseCircle is a live-only platform. All communication happens strictly during the live session. No pre-session or post-session messaging is supported.
7. SAFETY, CONTENT & HUMAN-ONLY POLICY
Q: What content is allowed?
CloseCircle is a Safe-For-Work platform.
Allowed:
- Coaching, mentoring, lifestyle topics, tutorials, lessons
- Q&A, just-Chatting. ASMR, fan-meetup
- Fitness, wellness, meditation
- Tarot, astrology, spirituality
- Alternative/holistic guidance (non-medical)
- Business, career, creative skills
- SFW suggestive content
- Human-controlled avatar/character personas
and much more
Not allowed:
- Nudity or explicit sexual content
- Pornographic behavior
- Medical diagnosis or prescription
- Hate speech or harassment
- Illegal topics
- AI bots, automated agents, or AI-driven conversations

8. PROMOTION & VISIBILITY
Q: Will CloseCircle promote me?
Yes. Verification, good Reliability Score, and consistent policy compliance increase your chances of promotion. Promoted creators may appear in search, discovery, editorial placements, and recommendations. Creators are also heavily encouraged to share their event links on their own social media.
9. REFUND POLICIES
Q: When can fans request refunds?
Refund requests are accepted only for:
- Creator lateness of more than 10 minutes
- Platform-wide failures
- Rescheduled events (when the fan declines the new time)
Requests must be submitted within 3 days of the event to report@closecircle.io.
Q: When are refunds automatic?
Automatic refunds occur when:
- The creator does not show up at all
- The creator cancels the event
- The creator reschedules and the fan declines or does not respond within 48 hours
