Our Commitment to a Safe Community
At CloseCircle, our mission is to foster a positive and safe environment where creators and their audiences can connect in meaningful ways. To achieve this, we require all creators to adhere to our content policy, which is designed to ensure that our platform remains welcoming and appropriate for a general audience. This document outlines our strict Safe-For-Work (SFW) policy and provides clear guidance on the types of content that are prohibited on CloseCircle.
Prohibited Content
CloseCircle is a platform for Safe-For-Work (SFW) content only. The following is a unified list of content that is strictly prohibited. The creation or distribution of any of this content will result in immediate enforcement action. There are no exceptions.
• Adult and Sexual Content: Any content of a sexual nature, including but not limited to nudity, partial nudity, sexually explicit material, sexual performances, sexually suggestive content, or adult entertainment.
• Child Safety: Any content that endangers or exploits minors. This includes, but is not limited to, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or the sexualization of minors.
• Self-Harm and Suicide: Content that glorifies, promotes, or encourages suicide or any form of self-destructive behavior, including eating disorders.
• Terrorism and Violent Extremism: Content that depicts, glorifies, encourages, or supports terrorism or violent extremist actors, organizations, or acts.
• Hate Speech and Discrimination: Content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
• Violence and Harmful Content: Content that depicts, promotes, or encourages violence, illegal behavior, or dangerous activities, stunts, or challenges that could lead to serious physical harm.
• Graphic Violence and Gore: Content that is exclusively focused on extreme, graphic, or gratuitous violence, gore, or mutilation.
• Harassment and Bullying: Content that harasses, intimidates, threatens, or bullies individuals or groups. This includes doxxing, stalking, and encouraging others to harass individuals.
• Illegal Activities and Regulated Goods: Content that promotes, facilitates, or depicts illegal activities or the sale of regulated goods, including firearms, illegal drugs, alcohol, tobacco, and gambling.
• Intellectual Property Violations: Content that infringes on the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others.
• Impersonation: Content that impersonates another person, creator, or brand in a deceptive or misleading manner.
• Animal Cruelty: Content that depicts animal abuse, cruelty, or neglect.
• Spam and Deceptive Practices: Content that is repetitive, misleading, or promotes scams.
Consequences of Policy Violations
We use a combination of automated systems and human review to identify and remove content that violates our policies. If we determine that your content violates our SFW policy, we will take immediate action. The consequences of a violation are severe and may include one or more of the following, at our sole discretion:
• Content Removal: The offending content will be immediately removed from our platform.
• Account Suspension or Termination: Your account may be suspended or permanently terminated without prior notice.
• Forfeiture of Earnings: You may forfeit any and all pending payments or earned revenue.
• Permanent Ban: You may be permanently banned from creating any new accounts or using the CloseCircle platform in the future.
Your Responsibility as a Creator
As a creator on CloseCircle, you are solely responsible for ensuring that all of your content complies with this policy. We urge you to review your content carefully before you go live to ensure that it is appropriate for our platform and a general audience.
