1. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

Q: Do I need an account to join events?
Yes. You must have a CloseCircle account to purchase tickets, receive event access links, join sessions, and manage your bookings.

Q: How do I join an event?

  1. Create an account
  2. Purchase a ticket
  3. Receive a secure access link
  4. Join the event via any modern browser or the official CloseCircle mobile app

Q: Do I need to show my face?
No. Fans may join with camera on or off. Creators must show their face.

2. BOOKING & TICKETS

Q: Can I purchase a ticket for someone else?
Yes. At checkout, you can select to purchase a ticket as a gift for another person.

Q: Can I request a different time for the event?
No. Event times are set by the creator. Fans cannot request different times or reschedule.

Q: How do I receive access to the event?
After buying a ticket, in your CloseCircle profile you can find a secure link to join the live session.

3. ATTENDANCE, LATE ARRIVAL & NO-SHOWS

Q: What happens if I join late?
You may join late at any time, but no refunds are issued for lateness.

Q: What if I miss the event entirely?
Missing an event does not qualify for a refund. All sales are final unless the criteria below are met.

Q: What if the creator reschedules?
You will receive the new time and have 48 hours to accept or decline.
If you decline or do not reply, you are automatically refunded.

Q: What if the creator is late?
If the creator is more than 10 minutes late, you may request a refund by emailing:

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the event.

Q: What if the creator does not show up at all?
You will receive an automatic refund. No request is needed.

4. REFUNDS & ELIGIBILITY

Q: When can I request a refund?
Refund requests are accepted only for:

  • Creator being more than 10 minutes late
  • Platform-wide technical failures
  • Rescheduled events you declined

All refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the event to:

Q: What is automatically refunded?
The following cases receive automatic refunds:

  • Creator does not show up at all
  • Creator cancels the event
  • Creator reschedules and you decline or do not respond within 48 hours

Q: What is not eligible for refunds?

  • Fan lateness
  • Fan no-show
  • Fan device, network, or connection issues
  • Dissatisfaction with the session content
  • Recording disabled by the creator
  • Change of mind

5. PAYMENT & SECURITY

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
CloseCircle supports:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay
  • Cryptocurrency payments via Confirmo

Q: How will the charge appear on my bank statement?
For privacy, charges appear as:
CC*CLOSE-CIRCLE
The creator’s name never appears.

6. RECORDING & PRIVACY

Q: Are sessions private?
Yes. All sessions are encrypted and confidential.
No content is used for AI training or automated model creation.

Q: Can I record the event?
This depends on the creator’s choice during event creation.

If recording is ENABLED by the creator:

  • Fans may record the event
  • The platform provides an official event recording
  • All attendees receive access to the official recording
  • Recordings remain available for 7 days before automatic deletion

If recording is DISABLED by the creator:

  • Fans are strictly prohibited from recording
  • Screen recording and screenshots are actively blocked
  • Attempts may result in immediate removal and account banning
  • Only the creator receives access to the internal recording (if any) for 7 days
  • Recording is deleted automatically after 7 days

7. SAFETY & USER CONDUCT

Q: What behavior is prohibited?

  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Hate speech
  • Sexual or explicit content
  • Disruptive actions or interference
  • Recording when the creator disabled recording
  • Sharing access links with others
  • Attempting to join using AI bots, voice changers, or automated personas

CloseCircle is strictly for human-to-human interaction.

Q: Can I be removed from an event?
Yes. Creators have full control over their events and may remove, mute, or block any participant at any time, for any reason — including discomfort, disruption, or violation of guidelines.

Removal does not qualify for a refund.

8. TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Q: What devices can I use?
You may join events via:

  • Any modern mobile or desktop browser
  • The official CloseCircle iOS app
  • The official CloseCircle Android app

Q: What if I experience technical issues?
If the issue is caused by:

  • Your device
  • Your internet connection
  • Firewall or VPN
  • Incompatible browser

No refund is provided.

If the issue is confirmed to be platform-wide, you may request a refund within 3 days.
